I’ve been one for over 2 years now and so far, it hasn’t been bad. In fact, it’s been really good. The worst part is what I am going through right now – trying to find a new tenant. Each month that goes by with a vacant property is one more month of a mortgage payment I need to come up with.

I have not really dipped my toe into real estate investment. It seems like it would be too much for me to handle with a normal 9 to 5 job. I can see how it would be a great investment for folks that have the time to put in some sweat capital.

IT can be a bit risky at first, but once you have the system in place and funding I suppose it will be a great cash flowing asset.
