I watch a lot of This Old House and it amazes me with some of the building product materials they have on the market. I am not expert at this sort of thing, but having walls with the insulation built in among other things is really a smart thing. What didn’t we think of this years ago?

      Jon,

I also have to admit I am impressed with the new innovations that seem to come along every year in home construction. Our new home came with the fiber-cement siding, and it has been great so far!
